What are Classic card sleeves?
Dragon Shield Classic sleeves have a smooth/glossy back. Classic sleeves tend to require a little more force to shuffle, especially when pushing two piles of sleeved cards together. Classic sleeves will get scratched backs faster than other textures and scratches will tend to be more visible. Decks sleeved in Classic card sleeves will start off somewhat slippery but over time the sleeves will tend to cling to each other to a degree. This sleeve texture is usually preferred by those that use more force when shuffling.
Classic Card Sleeves vs Matte Card Sleeves vs Brushed
The main difference between Classic Card Sleeves and Matte Card Sleeves is the shuffle feel. Decks sleeved in Classic Card Sleeves will have a firmer shuffle feel and more force is required when shuffling. Decks sleeved in Matte Card Sleeves will have a smoother shuffle feel. Classic sleeves will have a more shiny and glossy visual appearance than Matte card sleeves.
Compared with Brushed card sleeves, Classic sleeves have a more firm shuffle feel and will be visually more shiny/glossy than Brushed sleeves.

Are Classic sleeves better than other textures?
There is no ‘best card sleeve texture’. The card sleeve texture that is best for you will depend entirely upon your personal preferences and what you are using the sleeves for. From tournament play to casual kitchen table games your needs will vary and so will the card sleeves that are the best for your situation.

Returns

The policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
